She has been an Arvigo® Instructor since 2004 and is also a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and Instructor. Since 1984, she has successfully integrated many different holistic modalities into her care with women, serving as a bridge by walking between the worlds of complementary and integrative medicine, traditional indigenous practices and modern medicine. She has, in a unique way, incorporated into her medical care: herbal and botanical medicine and complementary therapies such as energy medicine, visualization and imagery, mindfulness, healing touch, Arvigo® Abdominal Therapy, Maya Spiritual Healing and ceremonies honoring the sacred passages and transitions of life.
Her passion is guiding women to reunite with their wisdom within, helping them navigate through the changing waters of life’s transitions, emerging feeling refreshed, replenished and reinvigorated. She is grateful to the traditional elders and healers who have shared their knowledge and wisdom with her in order to pass this on to more women and their families.
