Class fee is $395USD.   Fee includes Self-Care color manual, additional supportive material in electronic format, certificate of completion & transcript at the end of the course. A portion of the class fee is tithed to the Ix Chel Tropical Research Foundation. Healthy snacks & organic teas throughout class times. A private 30-minute educational session with your instructor (an Arvigo® practitioner).

This class is open to anyone; you do not need to be a health-care provider to attend. Continuing education credits are available! Self-Care Level 1 is approved by NCBTMB for massage therapy (17.5 hours), and NCAAOM for acupuncture (16 PDA points).
The Red Tent is a warm and welcoming environment sharing space with the Birth House, located in Delray Beach’s historic district. There are many nearby restaurants and sandwich shops within walking distance. There is a kitchen available to bring and store food. Comfortable clothing should be worn during the weekend. Please feel free to bring along pillows, yoga mats and any other comfortable items you may need. The space is welcoming and relaxed.
